Feels Like Friday (“FLF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates feelslikefriday.co along with niche landing pages (including, but not limited to, outdoorytshopping.com, fitnessytshopping.com, and beautyytshopping.com). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

If you have questions about this policy, email dallin@feelslikefriday.co.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you fill out a form on our site (contact form, audit request, booking form, etc.), we collect the information you submit, which typically includes:

  • Name (first and last)
  • Email address
  • Phone number (when provided)
  • Company or brand name
  • Any message or notes you include

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site — whether you submit a form or not — we and the third-party services below automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version, device type, operating system
  • Referring URL and the pages you visit on our site
  • UTM parameters and other campaign identifiers in the URL
  • Timestamps of your visit and interactions
  • Anonymous cookie identifiers set by marketing and analytics tools

Information from booking tools

When you book a discovery call via Cal.com, Cal.com collects your name, email, time zone, and anything you type into its intake form. Their handling is governed by the Cal.com Privacy Policy.

2. How we use your information

  • Respond to your inquiries. If you submit a form or book a call, we use your contact information to follow up, confirm the meeting, and provide the service you asked about.
  • Deliver our services. If you become a client, we use your information to manage the engagement, including sharing context with team members working on your account.
  • Marketing communications. We may email you about FLF services, YouTube Shopping updates, case studies, and related content. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or using the unsubscribe link in the email footer.
  • Advertising and measurement. We use the pixels and analytics tools listed below to measure the performance of our ads, understand how visitors use our site, and show FLF content to people with similar interests on third-party platforms.
  • Site improvement. Aggregate analytics help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck so we can improve the site.
  • Legal and security. We may use information to prevent abuse, investigate security issues, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Marketing pixels, analytics, and cookies

We use a combination of browser-side pixels and server-side event APIs to measure marketing performance. These tools may set cookies and send information (including IP address, user agent, and hashed email or phone if you submit a form) to the providers below.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Facebook / Instagram)

We use Meta's Pixel and server-side Conversions API to measure ad performance and build custom audiences. Meta may receive information about your visit including URLs, referrer, and — if you submit a form — hashed identifiers like your email. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads

We use GA4 to understand site traffic and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure campaign performance. Google may receive information about your visit and set cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to capture session recordings and heatmaps so we can understand how visitors use the site. Clarity masks sensitive inputs by default (passwords, credit cards). See the Microsoft Clarity Terms and Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Cookies in general

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through settings. Doing so may break site functionality that depends on cookies. You can also opt out of personalized ads by visiting aboutads.info/choices or youradchoices.com.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share information with:

  • Service providers that help us run our business — hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365), CRM and outreach tools, analytics and pixel providers listed above, booking (Cal.com), and webhook / automation tools (Zapier) when configured.
  • Advertising platforms (Meta, Google) that use the data to attribute conversions and serve ads. Data sent server-side is hashed before transmission where supported.
  • Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) when needed to operate the business.
  • Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data retention

We retain form submissions and account data for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, legal, and operational purposes. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing dallin@feelslikefriday.co.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or similar state laws. These may include the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Opt out of certain types of targeted advertising
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, email dallin@feelslikefriday.co. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on the request.

7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable law requires it by treating them as an opt-out of targeted advertising.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted storage of sensitive credentials and HTTPS in transit. No system is perfectly secure — please don't send highly sensitive information (bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords) via our forms.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we'll delete it.

10. International visitors

FLF is based in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information is transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection rules than your country.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. For material changes, we'll post a notice on the site or email you where appropriate.
